The Inaugural Podcast: How to Cook a Restaurant-Quality Steak
Last week, I switched this blog to a private server – which allows me to do podcasting and other multimedia-type stuff. Since I have the software already on my computer to record a podcast, I thought I’d give it a shot.
Rather than bore everyone with what I think, I thought it would be better for me to talk to people on the podcast about things that are actually interesting. In the first ‘cast, I talk to my old friend Dave Greksouk, who gives us tips on how to cook a first-class, restaurant-quality steak. We also discuss practical jokes they used to play on me, hairy Italian sausages, and how Dave’s band has gone corporate.
You can hear the podcast here (34:55):

Not sure how often I’m going to be able to do these for the time being, but I certainly hope to do more in the near future.
UPDATE: The wife was out of town on Saturday night, so I made the recipe given on the podcast – and it is pure filth. Unbelievably good. You’ll never make steak the same way again.
